Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB : Responsible for greeting, scheduling and checking in patients. Provides clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Schedule patients for office visits
Meet and greet patients
Answer telephone
Scanning
Data entry into ECW billing (EPM) system and electronic medical record
Other duties as required

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education: High School Diploma equivalent

Experience: Medical office experience desired
Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge, excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, scheduling flexibility
