Overview
The Supv Patient Advocate Data Entry plays a key role in the support of the front-line Patient Advocate Data Entry team. Completes special assignments to support team development. Responsible for analyzing and developing process improvements when needed and takes an active part in launch and team buy in. Provides coaching and feedback when necessary.
Shift: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm Pacific Time. Please adjust for respective time zone.
Responsibility
- Manage daily operations to ensure the proper coverage necessary to meet or exceed service level agreements.
- Partner with the training team to ensure the development and implementation of an effective team training program.
- Handle customer escalations and difficult cases and implement team and department-wide improvements.
- Hire, develop, and train qualified data entry employees.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Gather, report, and utilize metrics to make suggestions of improvements to the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience including periodic and/or temporary experiences leading teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, assignments, and mentorship of team members.
- Proven ability to propose and support improvements within team.
- Skilled coach with the ability to provide feedback to prioritize growth and development with team members.
Physical Requirements
Lifting Requirements – sedentary work or exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Physical Requirements – stationary positioning, moving, communicating, and observing. Use of equipment and tools that are necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
