Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse at Redburn Rehabilitation Ward, Ayrshire Central Hospital.
What You Will Do
As an NMC registered nurse you will be part of the nursing team providing a high standard of person centred care within Redburn Rehabilitation Ward, a busy 20 bedded Stroke rehabilitation ward.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with time management is essential. You will be required to work effectively with the multidisciplinary team ensuring evidence based practice and the highest level of care. You will have a key role in providing safe, effective person centred care at all times.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
- You will be a registered nurse with current NMC registration;
- Working knowledge of Ayrshire & Arran policies and Procedures;
- Ability to keep relevant skills / knowledge updated and documented;
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Be able to supervise and provide a mentorship role to students and junior staff
Hours
30 hours per week
Hours will be flexible on a rotational shift pattern, day or nightshift depending on needs of the service.
