Job Title: Medical Collections Specialist
Location: Meridian, ID (Onsite)
Schedule: 32 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM (one flex day per week, early out at 3:00 PM)
Compensation: $18–$23/hour + benefits

DESCRIPTION

CV Resources is partnering with a Women's Health clinic in Meridian to identify a Medical Collections Specialist for its team. This is a direct hire, part-time role with full benefits! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful patient interactions, thrives in a structured environment, and values a healthy work–life balance with consistent daytime hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionally contact patients with past-due accounts to arrange payment and answer questions.
Set up customized payment plans and process phone payments quickly and accurately.
Prepare and distribute past-due and final notice letters.
Provide backup support to the Business Office team by cross-training in additional functions.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in collections, medical billing, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a patient-first mindset.
Ability to manage sensitive patient information with strict HIPAA compliance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable with phone systems and basic office software.
