Role Description

This is a part-full time $18-$24/hr, on-site role for a Front desk. The role is located in San Diego, CA. This position will be responsible for front desk duties along with corresponding with billing team.

Qualifications

Greet and assist patients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and triage phone calls, emails, and inquires efficiently
Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily office flow
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with fertility is preferred
Assist w administrative tasks, including data entry, and correspond w billing and clinical team
Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus
Positive attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
