Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Perinatal Sonographer to join a dynamic MFM practice. This role involves performing a variety of advanced ultrasound examinations for high-risk pregnancies, collaborating closely with MFM specialists, and providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about working in a high-acuity obstetric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations, including:
- 3D/4D imaging
- Cervical length assessments
- Biophysical profiles (BPPs)
- Umbilical artery and other Doppler studies
- Work collaboratively with MFM specialists to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic imaging
- Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and comfort
- Assist with protocol development and quality improvement initiatives as needed
- Document findings accurately and communicate results effectively to the clinical team
Qualifications:
- ARDMS-certified (OB/GYN required; Maternal-Fetal Medicine experience a strong plus)
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in OB/perinatal ultrasound, preferably in high-risk settings
- Strong 3D/4D imaging and Doppler skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
