About the Role
This role allows you to practice alongside top clinical leaders in a patient-centered, whole-person care model — one that integrates physical health, mental health, metabolic wellness, and hormone balance. We’re especially seeking an APP comfortable treating women across all stages of life — with experience evaluating, managing, and optimizing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) as part of comprehensive primary care. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to shape your career while delivering exceptional, personalized care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, integrative care across multiple settings — in-office and via telehealth
- Support women through perimenopause, menopause, and related hormonal transitions by integrating HRT management into preventive and lifestyle-based care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients following evidence-based care pathways, including management of chronic conditions, preventive care, and hormone optimization.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists on complex cases to ensure holistic treatment plans.
- Guide patients through their wellness journey, educating them on lifestyle, nutrition, hormone balance, and preventive health strategies.
- Communicate proactively and compassionately with patients to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Conduct health risk assessments, manage ongoing treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care.
- Leverage technology and integrated EMR systems to streamline workflows and maintain documentation accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, endocrinology, GYN, or restorative health
- Demonstrated experience in hormone therapy (bioidentical hormone replacement, anti-aging medicine, functional medicine)
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
- Active or eligible DEA license in Georgia
- Ability to work in the Atlanta, GA (Old Fourth Ward) office
Required Skills
Experience in hormone therapy and primary care settings.
Preferred Skills
Specialization in HRT and a background in endocrinology or GYN.
Pay range and compensation package
- Base salary: Starting base of $140,000 (full-time) + significant quarterly bonus opportunities
