The Role
As our
Partner Growth Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting and nurturing Conceivio’s partnerships with
clinics, experts, and collaborators.
You’ll help ensure every partnership runs smoothly, from managing contracts and certificates to coordinating content and communication. Working closely with our
founders, operations, and marketing teams, you’ll help strengthen the relationships that power Conceivio’s growth.
You Will
- Assist in onboarding new clinic and expert partners
- Keep partner information, contracts, and certificates organized and up to date
- Coordinate partner content (such as expert profiles, articles, and collaborations)
- Track partnership deliverables and ensure milestones are met
- Support communication between partners and internal teams
- Help monitor performance and feedback to ensure mutual success
- Contribute to improving and streamlining partnership processes
Tools You’ll Use
Folk,
Notion,
Slack,
Google Workspace,
Strapi and other internal tracking or content tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and timelines
- Interested in healthtech, wellness, or fertility
- Enjoys working collaboratively across teams
- Bonus: experience in coordination, business development, or partnerships (even through coursework or volunteer projects)
