We are seeking a compassionate and experienced APRN specializing in gynecology to provide high-quality care to women across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will perform routine gynecological exams, manage reproductive health concerns, and educate patients on preventive health and wellness in a collaborative clinical setting.
- Conduct comprehensive gynecologic exams, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
- Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, STIs, irregular menstruation, and menopause.
- Provide contraceptive counseling and prescribe birth control methods (e.g., oral contraceptives, IUDs, implants).
- Evaluate and manage abnormal Pap smears, vaginal infections, and pelvic pain.
- Offer preconception counseling and fertility evaluations (if applicable).
- Perform in-office procedures such as IUD insertion/removal, Nexplanon placement, endometrial biopsies.
- Collaborate with OB-GYN physicians and other specialists for complex cases.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients on lifestyle, reproductive health, disease prevention, and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
