Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be involved in the commercial function for the IVF market, including supporting fertility clinics by providing knowledge about IVF products and technologies, working with embryologists and clinicians to educate them about our offerings, assisting with product implementation, and maintaining customer relationships.
Principle Responsibilities:
· Understand and explain IVF technologies and procedures. Keep updated on industry trends and regulations
· Build relationships with fertility clinics and healthcare providers
· Deliver ongoing training to customers on Esco products and workflows, including webinars and custom presentations
· Help plan and deliver product demonstrations, training, and workshops for clinic staff
· Support with internal training on RH as required
· Support local commercial strategy development and help implement based on territory needs
· Work with the sales team to search and identify opportunities for growth
· Help prepare proposals and marketing and educational materials
· Advise clients on best laboratory practices. Offer on-site assistance for products
· Collect feedback from customers to improve products
· Attend events to promote products and network
· Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information
Person Specification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or a related life sciences discipline
· Certification / formal training as a Clinical Embryologist or reproductive technologies
· Two years and above of experience in an IVF lab or related field. Strong knowledge of embryology and IVF techniques
· Understanding of quality management systems, and regulatory frameworks e.g., ISO, GMP, CE, FDA
· Experience in sales support or product training is preferred
· Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
· Highly collaborative approach to work - must be willing to operate cross-functionally with local and global teams as required
· Customer centricity with an emphasis on stakeholder management and user experience
· Tenacious by nature, highly organised and can effectively manage your schedule
· Ability to travel–domestic and internationally as required
· Flexibility outside normal business hours may be required to accommodate customer needs or international time zones
· Willingness to travel to client sites and events
· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
