Ob-Gyn Associates of Advantia is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join six other experienced OB/GYN physicians. Our Practice is a diverse group of multilingual practitioners dedicated to caring for women throughout their lifetime. Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered women’s health care in both obstetrics and gynecology.
- Perform a full range of surgical procedures, including both minor and major operations.
- Maintain a clinical schedule of 8 patient sessions per week.
- Participate in a 1:8 call rotation.
- Provide prevention, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide spectrum of OB/GYN conditions.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical direction to healthcare team members, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Support the integration of advanced technologies to enhance patient outcomes and elevate the overall care experience.
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, obtain detailed medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Stay current with advancements in OB/GYN care and implement evidence-based treatments.
- Collaborate with internal quality improvement teams to identify and execute initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Exceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems with accuracy
- Capacity to demonstrate excellence in communication, both with patients and colleagues
- A compassionate, empathetic approach that ensures the highest standard of patient-centered care
- Open to both newly trained and experienced OB/GYN physicians
- Active Maryland medical license preferred
