Job Description: Reports to the Unit Head of the Department of Family Medicine (Regina Division). The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of patient care in the Family Medicine Unit to ensure it's efficient and effective operation. Recent and extensive nursing experience in an outpatient primary care setting is required. This nursing experience must include outpatient pediatric, well baby care, prenatal obstetrical care, contraception, gynecology, women's health, mental health and geriatric experience with an extensive knowledge of community programs and resources. The incumbent is required to have recent and extensive experience with primary care triage and giving patient advice for a variety of clinical problems in an ambulatory care setting.

Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
