We are seeking an experienced IVF Consultant and Course Director to join our esteemed organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of reproductive medicine, specifically in in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures. This role requires a dynamic individual who can not only provide exceptional patient care but also lead educational initiatives aimed at training the next generation of fertility specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IVF procedures, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and developing curriculum for training programs. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose patients seeking fertility treatments, providing personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Perform IVF procedures including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and monitoring patient progress throughout the treatment cycle.
- Lead and manage the educational programs for medical staff and trainees, ensuring the curriculum is up-to-date with the latest advancements in reproductive technology.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes, including embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular seminars and workshops to share knowledge and best practices in reproductive health.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IVF techniques and technologies to ensure the clinic remains at the forefront of fertility treatment.
- Provide compassionate patient support, addressing concerns and questions regarding treatment options and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international health regulations and ethical standards in all IVF practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve the educational experience.
- Assist in the development of research projects and clinical trials to advance the field of reproductive medicine.
- Lead and collaborate with DHA for the fellowship program for specialist OBGYN to upgrade license to specialist IVF. Fellowship course runs for 2-3 years which includes training, research, exams and articles.
Preferred Candidate:
- MD or equivalent medical degree with specialized training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IVF and reproductive medicine, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a team of healthcare professionals.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring, with experience in developing and delivering educational content.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with patients and their families.

DHA License Requirements:
Has to be licensed an an IVF Consultant, which requires the below.
- Medical Degree: Hold a recognized basic medical degree, such as an MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent, from an accredited medical school.
- Postgraduate Qualification: Hold a recognized specialty certificate from a Tier 1 country in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a specialization in Reproductive Medicine and Infertility (or equivalent). (American Board, CCT UK, FRCPC/FRCSC - Canada, FRACS - Australia/New Zealand, CST - Ireland, German Facharzt)
- Professional Experience: Complete at least two years of post-qualification experience as a consultant. Maintain continuous practice, with no interruption in clinical practice for more than two years.
- Medical Degree: Hold a recognized basic medical degree, such as an MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent, from an accredited medical school.
- Postgraduate Qualification: Hold a recognized specialty certificate from a Tier 1 country in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a specialization in Reproductive Medicine and Infertility (or equivalent). Plus fellowship in reproductive medicine and infertility (minimum 1 year)
- Professional Experience: Complete at least two years of post-qualification experience as a consultant. Maintain continuous practice, with no interruption in clinical practice for more than two years.
- Logbook: Provide a logbook of surgical procedures. This is a critical requirement for surgical specialties and must be signed and stamped by the facility's Human Resources department or Medical Director
- Valid License and Good Standing: Hold a valid license to practice in their home country or country of last employment and provide a Good Standing Certificate (GSC) from the issuing regulatory body. The GSC must be valid for six months from its issue date
