Third Party Reproductive Coordinator
Location: Stamford, CT
Salary: $60,000–$65,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail oriented Third-Party Reproductive Coordinator to support patients navigating fertility journeys involving egg donation, sperm donation, and surrogacy. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and emotional support throughout the reproductive process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between intended parents, donors, surrogates, and clinical teams.
- Coordinate appointments, testing, and procedures across multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records using fertility EMR systems (e.g., eIVF).
- Provide education and emotional support to patients throughout their journey.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and reproductive health regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and legal teams to ensure timely and ethical care.
- Track milestones and manage timelines for third-party reproductive cycles.
- Assist with onboarding and screening of donors and surrogates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fertility, reproductive health, or medical coordination.
- Familiarity with third-party reproduction and fertility terminology.
- Proficiency in EMR systems; eIVF experience a plus.
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
