Quality Staffing Specialist are currently searching for Ultrasound Technologist to work within the hospital.
Level 2 trauma center. Perform on occasionally: Limited OB > 14weeks/ 1st trimester. We have a sperate tower (South tower) that handles 99.9% of the OB, Neonate, NICU, & Women's care exams, Women's & Children Center (WCC). Liver Electrography (OP setting only). Vascular exams, we perform Renal Transplant and Liver Doppler (TIPPS eval); there is a separate department that preforms the remaining vascular exams. General department performs Para and Thoras on Sat/Sun for Inpatient/ ED patients only. Biopsies: Liver (rare occasion Contrast Enhancement), soft tissue, occasional drainages/aspirations, Kidney, & FNA of thyroid nodule.
- Must have 2 years of recent Ultrasound Tech experience
- EPIC experience preferred
- Age Population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics.
- Setting and Skills: Outpatient, Neonates, Biopsies, Ped appendix, Ped intussusception, Ped pylorus, OR mainly D, Infant heads, Infant hips, Liver elastography, Contrast enhancement, Ovarian/testicle doppler, Liver doppler/TIPPS, Renal transplant and M Mode fetal HR.
- Equipment: Transcribed 06.03.24 gm, PACS, InteleRad PACS required. GE & Siemens preferred.
Location: Greensboro, NC

Rate: $2,124/weekly
Shifts Available: 3x12 hour shifts *Rotating Days/Nights*
- Days: 5:00am-5:30pm (Saturday/Sunday)
- Nights: 5:30pm-5:00am (Monday)
Scheduling Requirements:
- Length of contract: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 36
- Call: Rotate as backup only
Credential Requirements:
- Resume reflecting all experience & explanation of gaps in employment
- Must be certified with ONE of the following:
- ARRT(S) with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Sonography
- RDMS(OB/GYN)(AB) with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers - Obstetrics & Gynecology/Abdomen
- BLS Certification (AHA only)
