The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
CNM OR APP Per diem position.
Midwife (first call): Call includes first assessment of labor/triage patients (>20 weeks), covering phone calls from office, Beta Book management, labor management, postpartum rounding, circumcision (as credentialed), and first assist for surgical cases. You do NOT need to be inhouse, but must be within 30 minutes of the hospital. There is a call room that you can stay in at the hospital.
Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner/Certified Nurse Midwife: Requires a Master's Degree in Nursing or related field and an active New York State license in good standing. Physician Assistant: Completion of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program, licensure in good standing
