We are currently looking for an LPN (Bilingual Spanish a plus) with a passion for helping couples start families to work in our busy IVF clinic located in Winston Salem, NC. Duties will include floor nurse, assist in procedures, setting up IV's, rooming patients, telephone triage, calling lab/test results to patients, etc. This nurse will play an integral role in helping to ensure that clinic flows smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. S/he may be required to assist with procedures in both the clinic and in our minor procedure suite. The desired candidate will have solid work experience with women’s health (OB/GYN, L&D, etc), office procedure assistance, and electronic medical records proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude that embraces a rapidly changing environment where "it's not my job" is rarely heard. The perfect nurse will not only have the technical skills, but also the interpersonal skills to be a positive and upbeat team member. CFI offers excellent benefits. Primary Duties:
· Updating Patient Medical Records
· Floor nurse
· Setting up IV's
· Triage
· Calling patients with lab/test results
· Clean and Set Up Rooms Between Patients
· Blood Draws
· Administer certain IM and/or PO medication under provider's supervision
· Take patient vitals
· Room Patients
· Chaperone
· Assist/Accompany providers during Visits or Procedures
· Place Instruments in Auto Clave Area
· Open Charts / Flow Sheets in EHR
· Enter Lab Orders into EHR
· Enter IUI Notes / Dictations
· Verify Notes and Images Have ported To Patient Chart in EHR
· Medical Scribe when required
· Pack Biopsies / Samples For Send Out
· Scan Paperwork
· Help Answer Incoming Calls
· Return Patient Phone Calls/Emails

Requirements:
Full-time weekdays with weekend and holiday rotation shifts. Training (appx 1-2 weeks) will take place in our Winston Salem clinic.
