About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller who has worked in the Infertility (IVF) treatment domain and understands hospital operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about patient care, comfortable discussing sensitive topics, and skilled in converting inquiries into consultations or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to infertility and IVF inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about services, treatments, and procedures.
- Convert leads into appointments by building rapport and trust with potential patients.
- Maintain and update patient records in CRM/HMIS systems.
- Follow up with leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, and the marketing team for patient updates and schedules.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller in IVF / Infertility treatment setup.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows, patient lifecycle, and IVF-related terminology.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or hospital management systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
