Overview
Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our busy fertility clinic based in the Hyde Park area. Ideal candidates will have experience in a medical clinic and will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various clerical tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with phone systems and electronic medical records a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, manage phone systems, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain clinic schedule.
Perform clerical duties including collecting copayments.
Assist with patient inquiries and provide information about services offered.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Support medical team tasks as needed, including patient check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in a medical office setting.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent
