COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
- Minimum Base Salary of $400,000 plus sign-on bonus $30,000 Plus Quality Bonus $10,000 plus OB call + Section call $20,000 = $460,000
- Sign-on Bonus is $180,000 with the balance is forgiven over the service period
- PTO: 320 Hours = 8 weeks
- Work RVU Production: Quality Measures and Patient Experience Bonuses are Available
- Full Medical Benefits to the Physician + Family
- Retirement Program: The Iowa Public Employees Retirement System (IPERS) with annual hospital contributions of 9.44%
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
- Work a 4-day workweek; a physician-led collaborative team
- Call Rotation is 1 in 4 weekdays, the doctors rotate weekend coverage
- Hospital averages 150 deliveries a year – excellent work/life balance
- Clinic volumes range from 13-16 patients a day
- Future plans for a Da Vinci Surgical Robot
