IVF Registered Nurse
Shift - 8:00 - 16:30, 5x8, including EOW.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care across various settings. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient facilities.
- Participate in discharge planning and case management processes to facilitate smooth transitions of care.
- Maintain aseptic technique during procedures such as IV insertion, catheterization, and specimen collection.
Requirements
- Reproductive endocrinology/IVF/fertility ambulatory office experience, with an experience of co-managing IVF cycles is required.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice and Compact licensed also required.
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Pay: $65.00 - $69.00 per hour
