The Corporate Accounts Payable Analyst works under the supervision of the Manager of Accounts Payable. They have direct responsibility for the Concur Admin, Disbursements Admin, Wells Fargo, New Vendor setups and 1099 administration for preparation of IRS filings. Assists in reporting and processing for Corporate KPI’s and works as a floater to help fill in for people on vacation or in need of processing help.

Responsibilities

Concur profile setup and maintenance, auditing and reporting for concur data
Disbursements Administration for release of payments batches, validation of payment status, void of transactions for deletion or recreation of payments.
New Vendor setups and maintenance of vendor master file
1099 preparation and administration for IRS reporting
Reporting and processing of KPI’s, Sales Force tickets
AP processor
Miscellaneous projects reporting as necessary

Qualifications

High school diploma and some college classes
5 years or more experience working in a large Corporate Accounts Payable environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
