Strong Compensation:
- Base: $100K–$120K
- Uncapped Commission: Reps are currently earning $180K–$210K
- Full benefits package
Your Role:
- Manage a local DFW territory focused on women’s health providers
- Drive new business through strategic prospecting and relationship building
- Manage existing accounts and grow revenue through clinical value, service, and partnership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success
Ideal Background:
- 3+ years of experience in medical, diagnostics, or lab sales
- Must Have Bachelor's Degree
- Proven hunter mentality – you know how to open doors
- Strong relationships in the OBGYN/women’s health provider space a big plus
- Track record of exceeding quota and growing territory revenue
