The practice blends outpatient and inpatient care, providing personalized, high-quality care to its patients. You’ll join a team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs, working collaboratively with hospitalists and a full spectrum of specialty providers.Clinical Responsibilities:Outpatient: 4 office days per week, managing approximately 20 patients per dayInpatient: 1 hospital night/week, 1 weekend 24-hour call/monthIn-office procedures: Colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, hysteroscopy, pelvic floor therapy, cryotherapy, and moreHospital deliveries: Average 2 per week per provider, with access to state-of-the-art surgical suites, DaVinci robotic surgery, and NICU supportLimited in-office telemedicineCandidate Requirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYNNew graduates accepted (2026)Spanish language skills preferredMust live within 30 minutes of the hospital for call coverageOccasional APP supervision (no additional compensation)Compensation & Benefits:Base salary: $280,000–$310,000, commensurate with experienceProductivity incentives beginning in year twoSign-on bonus negotiableRelocation assistance up to $5,000License and DEA reimbursementCME funding: $3,000/year, PTO includedFull benefits including health, dental, and retirement (401K with matching)Malpractice coverage with tailWhy Join Venus Ob-Gyn:Cutting-edge surgical technology and office equipmentCollaborative, supportive team environmentBalanced schedule with structured call and time offOpportunity to grow with a thriving, high-demand practice
