Women’s Wellness MD is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant with phlebotomy skills who can also support front desk and administrative operations. This hybrid clinical-admin role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered women’s health environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws and prepare specimens for lab processing
Assist providers with rooming patients, taking vitals, and medical documentation
Manage patient flow and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked
Support front desk operations: answering phones, scheduling, verifying insurance
Handle administrative tasks: faxing, scanning, intake forms, and supply ordering
Provide excellent customer service in a professional, respectful manner

Requirements:

Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience required
Phlebotomy certification and experience with venipuncture required
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using EMR systems and working in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Must be flexible to float between Columbia and Greenbelt offices as needed

Preferred:

Prior experience in OB/GYN or women’s health
Bilingual (Spanish, French, or another language) is a plus
