Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and polished Front Desk Coordinator to join our busy fertility clinic in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and preferably have hospitality experience, though candidates with front desk experience in a medical office are also welcome.
Responsibilities
- Create an excellent first impression for all incoming patients.
- Check patients in and out for appointments and manage the clinic-wide schedule.
- Monitor and facilitate patient compliance and readiness for their initial visit.
- Schedule a wide array of appointments for patients and anesthesia for the surgical center.
- Process patients’ payments and create receipt batches for Finance.
- Utilize Outlook, EMR systems, and a payment platform efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Associate or Bachelor Degree
- Strong customer service skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable using computers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly with good people skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Phlebotomy certification is a plus
- Experience with electronic health records
- Experience in hospitality or retail is preferred
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends on a rotational basis
- A 'no task is too small' attitude
Work Environment

The clinic operates Monday through Friday with an 8.5-hour shift starting between 6am-8am, and candidates must be open to working rotating weekends and holidays. The team includes 12 Medical Assistants, 4 providers, and serves approximately 15 patients per provider daily.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, New York.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
