Job Description:
Provide exceptional neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU at Henrico Doctors’ HospitalCollaborate with a dedicated group of Neonatologists providing continuous 24/7 in-house coverageUtilize advanced therapies such as HFOV High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation HFJV High-Frequency Jet Ventilation inhaled nitric oxide and therapeutic hypothermiaWork alongside on-site pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists to ensure comprehensive careCoordinate with a nurse-led neonatal transport team for patient transfers and emergency situationsDeliver care in a single-family room NICU model that prioritizes family-centered careNo requirement to cover the newborn nursery focusing exclusively on NICU patientsParticipate in quality improvement safety initiatives and collaborative clinical research supported by Pediatrix Medical GroupContribute to a team culture that values innovation education and compassionate family supportNot accepting Locums candidatesNot accepting visa candidatesCompensation and Benefits:
