- Other Details: This opportunity involves working at a 24/7/365 hospital facility with 24-hour restricted, in-house shifts. A full-time schedule consists of seven 24-hour shifts, with holiday coverage included as part of the staffing model. The provider can expect to handle approximately 0–2 deliveries per shift, along with supervision and support of certified nurse midwives, triage assessments, and assistance with CNM-managed patients. Responsibilities include all aspects of obstetric care, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, managing pregnancy and delivery complications, postpartum care, and patient discharges.

Job Responsibilities: * Provide full-scope obstetric care, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries
* Supervise and support certified nurse midwives during shifts
* Assist with triage and management of CNM patients as needed
* Manage complications related to pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum care
* Conduct patient assessments, discharge planning, and documentation
Qualifications: * Board-certified OB/GYN or equivalent advanced practice credentials
* Active and unrestricted medical license
* Experience in labor and delivery, including high-risk obstetric care
* Familiarity with supervising CNMs and collaborating in a team-based model
Working Hours: * 24-hour restricted, in-house shifts
* Full-time schedule: 7 shifts per month
* Holiday coverage required as part of the staffing model
Skills: * Proficient in performing both vaginal and C-section deliveries
* Strong clinical judgment in managing obstetric complications
