About the role:
The Group Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Group Marketing Manager and State Marketing Teams to drive market share growth across Australia. This role is focused on executing localised and sustained marketing activities for individual fertility specialists, aimed at increasing patient acquisition and cycle growth.
You’ll be involved in raising the profile of Monash IVF clinics and doctors through engaging marketing strategies, content creation, events, and social media campaigns.
Success in this role will be defined by growing enquiries, appointments and cycles year on year, while strengthening relationships with Monash IVF specialists.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting State Marketing Managers with doctor-focused marketing initiatives that drive patient acquisition and cycle growth.
• Executing tactical campaigns including EDMs, video content, local PR, Google listings and ad word strategies.
• Developing bespoke content for fertility specialists including videos, live webinars, case studies and social media support.
• Assisting with national content strategy, copywriting, and creating marketing materials such as brochures and information resources.
• Supporting clinic and doctor social media channels, collaborating with third parties and providing training where required.
• Coordinating online and in-person events including invitations, promotion, logistics, and post-event reporting.
• Managing administrative requirements such as print production, marketing resources, and supporting project delivery.
• Working collaboratively with the marketing team to identify and implement local activities to complement national programs.

• A degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Experience in marketing communications and/or event management
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with specialists and external partners
• Data-driven thinking with some analytical capability
• Experience in business development or relationship management (advantageous)
• Familiarity with design programs such as Canva (advantageous)
