A role with unique responsibilities

Clinician Support: Assist Clinicians with administrative tasks, including diary management, theatre booking management, printing forms, and minute-taking for meetings.
Patient Services: Provide accurate information to patients regarding appointments, treatment costs, and payment options while delivering exceptional, caring service.
Medical Records Management: Create, maintain, scan, and file patient records; oversee medical correspondence; collect and transmit clinical data.
Appointment & Test Coordination: Book and monitor clinic appointments, arrange tests, and ensure readiness of reception and clinical areas.
Stock & Supplies: Order and manage stock and supplies needed for clinic operations.
Billing & Payments: Handle surgical billing, prepare invoices, process various payment types (EFT, credit card, cash, etc.), issue receipts, balance daily takings, and manage Medicare claims.
Reception & Communication: Maintain a professional switchboard and reception area, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Are you the ideal candidate for us?

Clinical and Program Knowledge: Experience in IVF treatment protocols (ART), donor and surrogacy programs, and medical billing is advantageous.
Administrative and Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Monash IVF Group systems; skilled in preparing professional documents and understanding internal policies and procedures. Experience with Genie Software is a bonus!
Communication and Interpersonal Strengths: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organisational Abilities: Highly organised with excellent time management, multitasking capabilities, and attention to detail.
