Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) - Women's Health

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Autonomously manage patient care within the clinic, guided by established protocols and physician oversight.
- Conducting comprehensive reproductive health assessments and detailed medical histories.
- Providing clear and empathetic education and counseling to patients on a range of fertility options, including ovulation tracking, timed intercourse, intrauterine insemination (IUI).
- Ordering, interpreting, and thoughtfully reviewing laboratory results (e.g., hormone panels like AMH, FSH, LH, estradiol, TSH, progesterone) and imaging studies (e.g., ultrasound).
- Delivering thorough medication education throughout fertility treatment,
- Closely monitoring patients throughout their treatment cycles, including performing ultrasounds, making necessary medication adjustments based on protocols and findings, and ensuring seamless cycle coordination.
- Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Providing unwavering emotional and clinical support to patients navigating their unique fertility journeys.
- Performing intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures
- Actively participating in continuous learning opportunities, engaging in case reviews, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Current and unrestricted APRN or PA license in Nebraska
- National Board Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in women’s health, OB/GYN
- Strong foundational knowledge of reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) protocols.
- Prior experience with ultrasound and fertility-related procedures is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and clear patient communication skills.
- Demonstrated EMR proficiency and comfort utilizing technology in a clinical setting.
- A proven ability to maintain discretion and demonstrate empathy in emotionally sensitive patient situations.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Experience with ultrasound and fertility-related procedures strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) protocols
- Minimum 1 years of clinical experience fertility/reproductive medicine
