Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Registered/Practical Nurses at an IVF Facility located in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. The nurses will be responsible for providing direct patient care and monitoring patient progress. Additionally, the role involves assisting in IVF procedures, maintaining patient records, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The nurses will also work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and support clinical staff in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing for RN or Diploma in Nursing for PN (mandatory requirement)
- DOH Registered Nurse (RN) or Practical Nurse (PN) license, with a good standing status (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in direct patient care, including medication administration and patient monitoring
- Skilled in maintaining patient records and documentation
- Ability to assist in IVF procedures and provide emotional support to patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in a fertility or reproductive health setting is a plus
