Highly successful ART facility is seeking a motivated individual willing to learn and gain experience in the field of infertility. This is a long term, career position that is available immediately for a qualified U.S. citizen. Inquiries will be kept confidential.
The generous compensation package for the ideal candidate is negotiable but will include the following:
- Starting $50,000 + annual salary for some who is fully trained. Salary based on experience and training required for individuals not FULLY trained.
- Annual leave (vacation) is awarded as follows: 53.33 hours anually in first 3 years of employment;
- Certification and CEU recording fees for AAB
- Membership in AAB and ASRM
- Continuing Education Support for one meeting (e.g. ASRM or AAB) every other year.
- Health insurance premiums paid for employee and up to 3 family members. In addition, an amount equal to deductible will be added to an HSA account.
- Dental insurance premiums paid for employee and up to 3 family members. In addition, an amount equal to deductible will be added to an HSA account.
- Life, LTD and Accidental Death Insurance and generous 401K retirement plan
Possible relocation package for candidate currently located outside of Nebraska .The continued expansion of this facility’s services has necessitated the expansion of the laboratory staff. This position will be responsible for performing semen analyses, sperm processing for IUI and IVF, sperm cryopreservation, sperm function assays, sperm morphology and hormone assays on a Roche e411 analyzer. This is a CAP accredited IVF laboratory as well as a CLIA high complexity andrology and endocrine laboratory.
Weekend and holiday balanced call rotation with other laboratory staff is required.
Candidates should ideally possess at least a BS in biological science.
