This is a high risk postpartum unit, will be caring for mom only. Infant will have a nurse from the newborn nursery.)
Ratio is 1:4 (Only caring for the mom)
BLS, ACLS,NRP, EFM Required
Skills: Postpartum Patient Assessments, Magnesium Drips, Glucose control (SQ insulin only), Blood Transfusions, Pre-Eclmapsia management with IV medications, breast pumping assistance, PCA's
