- End Date: December 28, 2025
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour shifts (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM), every other weekend
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200–$2360
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Breese, IL
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, expert care to mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery unit
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, including fetal heart rate and vital signs
- Assist with labor and deliveries, supporting physicians and midwives
- Administer medications and clinical interventions as needed
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn health
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
