✨ Who We Are
Meroka is building the future of independent medicine in the United States. We provide operations, finance, tech, and strategic support to physician-owned practices-helping them grow sustainably and with soul. This is in addition to support for physicians transitioning ownership to the employees of the business.
We believe in clear communication, practical systems, thoughtful design, and long-term thinking. Our tone is warm, grounded, and confident-but never corporate or clinical.
❌ This Role Is Not for You If…
- You prefer a high volume, low touch environment instead of building lasting relationships with patients
- You want a corporate or hospital system role with little autonomy or ownership
- You do not value collaborative, team based care with advanced practice providers, nurses, and staff
- You are uncomfortable working in a practice that is transitioning to an employee ownership model
- You are looking for a short term role rather than a long term home
✅ What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive gynecology care, including preventive visits, family planning, fertility, menopause management, and surgical procedures
- For mixed practices, contribute to obstetrical care including prenatal visits, labor and delivery coverage, and postpartum follow up
- Partner with advanced practice providers, nurses, and staff to deliver coordinated, patient centered care
- Participate in a shared call rotation designed to balance continuity of care with physician work life integration
- Contribute to practice meetings, clinical quality initiatives, and service line growth
- Play an active role in shaping the culture and operations of the practice as part of the employee ownership model
🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- Is board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Holds or is eligible for a medical license in the relevant jurisdiction
- Values autonomy, teamwork, and long term patient relationships
- Communicates clearly and empathetically with patients and colleagues
- Thrives in an independent practice setting with strong administrative support
- Wants to build a long term career in a physician owned and physician led environment
- Is excited by opportunities to mentor, contribute to service line growth, and participate in innovation pilots
💰 What We Offer
- Competitive compensation and health benefits
- Flexible scheduling options (full time or part time)
- Participation in an employee ownership model where every team member shares in the value they help create
- Operational and administrative support through Meroka so you can focus on patient care
- A practice culture that prioritizes joy in medicine, mutual respect, and long term sustainability
🌍 Additional Notes
- This role is based at one of our partner OBGYN practices in the United States. Team members are expected to collaborate closely across clinical and administrative functions. Every member of the practice contributes where needed, and no job is above or below anyone.
