Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an OBGYN Generalist located in Hendersonville, NC. The OBGYN Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to patients, performing surgical procedures, conducting routine examinations, and monitoring patient health. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions related to women's health, advising on family planning, and providing prenatal and postnatal care. The OBGYN Generalist will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective patient management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in obstetrical and gynecological care, including surgical procedures and routine examinations
- Skills in diagnosing and treating women’s health conditions, and providing prenatal and postnatal care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions and collaborative teamwork
- Capability to manage patient documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and regulatory compliance
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, and board certification or eligibility in OBGYN
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of North Carolina
- Experience in a clinical setting is beneficial
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Board Eligible / Board Certified
