Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to define strategic goals and drive the execution of key initiatives across business lines and regional operations.
- Monitor high-impact projects, critical pipelines, and strategic priorities on a regular basis, ensuring effective stage gate management, timely delivery, and adjustment of milestones as needed.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and departments/direct reports, facilitating efficient information flow to support timely, aligned, and consistent decision-making and project execution.
- Review spreadsheets, presentations, and corporate communications to ensure materials prepared for the CEO are well-formatted, data-driven, and address key areas of focus.
- Support the CEO in analyzing complex business issues by collecting data, evaluating conflicting information, and providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, board members, business partners, industry associations, and media contacts.
- Organize and manage high-level meetings, including Board of Directors sessions, senior engagements with the Parent Company, and other executive forums as required.
- Travel with or ahead of the CEO regionally to ensure proper execution of critical initiatives, and to prepare for key business events, meetings, and client interactions.
Job requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Possesses strong organizational and project management capabilities, with keen attention to detail and sharp analytical thinking.
- Demonstrates outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, along with sound judgment and the maturity to operate effectively within a diverse, multicultural organization.
- A collaborative team player who is hands-on and adaptable, willing to assume varying roles based on project scope, urgency, and strategic importance.
