As a Pathways to Good Health Nurse, you will aim to provide a systemic response to identify health issues at the earliest opportunity for children in Out of Home Care and therefore provide coordinated and continuing health care with the aim of improving health outcomes. The team consists of a paediatrician, psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, social worker and pathways to good health nurse.
To be successful, you will require;
- Division 1 nurse qualification
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A current Employee Working with Children Check
- A current Victorian Driver Licence
