Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a GYN to share time between its state-of-the-art concierge and employer-based practice in the Hudson Yards area and a multi-specialty practice in Manhattan!

To help achieve these goals, Mount Sinai Solutions focuses on improving value and service in health care by working with employers and individuals and providing excellent patient-centered care through next generation health centers and concierge programs, including at our state-of-the-art Health Center at Hudson Yards, which houses an employer-sponsored high-touch membership and a white-glove program for individuals who purchase memberships. Mount Sinai Doctors, which partners with Mount Sinai Solutions, has created a large network of high-performing multispecialty practices that provide care to local communities in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
We are currently recruiting a Gynecology physician to provide care to both populations in our Hudson Yards practice and at a Mount Sinai Doctors site to help build this next-generation approach to care.
The ideal candidate will work with PCPs, other specialists, and administrative staff, playing an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction. In addition, the candidate will work with Mount Sinai Solutions Marketing and Sales teams to promote our services and foster health, with unique and innovative opportunities to provide direct patient education through partner organizations.

Responsibilities
- This is a GYN only position- no OB available
- Deliver gynecological care to adults through both traditional face-to-face visits and non-visit-based interactions (e.g. phone, digital messaging, and video chat)
- Use outstanding communication skills to assist patients in understanding diagnostic tests and treatments, help patients navigate all aspects of care, and facilitate patient and family preparation for specialty medical appointments.
- Work closely with on-site primary care providers to seamlessly coordinate patient care.
- Initiate timely referrals to sub-specialty services and for imaging as appropriate and ensure close, regular bi-directional communication with specialists to promote continuity of care.
- Provide elevated service at all times and partner effectively with health center staff in all aspects of patient care.
- Use EPIC as a fully integrated Electronic Health Record
- Benefit from the educational, research, and clinical programs of a nationally ranked Medical School, with faculty appointment
- Significant opportunities for leadership and career development
- Time will be split 2-3 days at the Hudson Yards practice and 2-3 days at a Mount Sinai Doctors practice.
- The candidate should be amenable to some evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New York Medical License
- Completion of US-based residency training in OB/GYN
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Strong interest in wellness preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and bedside manner
- A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
Compensation range: from 225K to 275K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
