Seeking an experienced Medical Assistant with hands-on IVF expertise to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist physicians during fertility procedures, perform clinical support tasks, and help maintain seamless clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about fertility treatments.

Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during IVF and fertility-related procedures.
Prepare patients for exams and treatments while ensuring comfort and safety.
Perform phlebotomy and other clinical tasks as needed.
Accurately maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
Support front desk operations, including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
Use accurate medical terminology in all documentation and communication.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Deliver compassionate, professional patient care aligned with clinic protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:

IVF: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Certified Medical Assistant (Required)

Ability to Commute:

San Diego, CA 92101 (Required)
