Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Medical Director to lead our Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team located in West Michigan.The Medical Director role will provide Physician leadership and oversight for our Maternal Fetal Medicine Service Line while collaborating with our Administrative & Clinical Director for Women’s & Children’s Services in a dyad relationship alongside our OB/GYN Medical Directors for Grand Rapids and the Lakeshore. This exciting leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance our Maternal Fetal program within a mission-driven organization dedicated to making a lasting impact on the communities that we serve.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Clinical Leadership: Oversee and lead Trinity Health Medical Group, Maternal Fetal Medicine’s service line ensuring the highest quality of care for complex maternal fetal cases.Patient Care: Provide comprehensive and patient-centered care for individuals with high-risk pregnancies including diagnostic, consultative and management services while working closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.Program Development: Collaborate with other administrative and clinical leadership to develop and enhance our Maternal Fetal Medicine program.
