Salary: Up to $29.97 per hour + shift differentials
Job Description:
Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This is a great opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure excellent resident care
- Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Follow individualized care plans for each resident
- Perform wound care and related medical treatments
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and promptly
- Maintain resident and staff confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the State of Florida
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
