Associate Therapist (MSW, RSW) – Trauma-Informed & Perinatal Focus

Maternal Health Niagara is growing! We’re seeking a warm, reflective, and ethically grounded Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) to join our attachment-based, trauma-informed team.
All of our therapists are trained in perinatal mental health, but we support a diverse range of clients across the lifespan — including those navigating trauma, parenting, identity, relationships, and life transitions. Our clinical work is grounded in nervous system regulation, connection, and attuned, compassionate care.
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a values-aligned, skilled clinician who is:
- Registered and residing in Ontario (MSW, RSW)
- Experienced (2+ years) in clinical settings
- Comfortable working with children and/or couples
- Trained in trauma modalities (e.g., EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic, FLASH, IFS)
- Grounded in attachment-based and bottom-up approaches
- Strong in assessment, case conceptualization, and crisis response
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Covered by professional liability insurance by start date
- Willing to complete perinatal mental health training upon joining (self-funded)
