Mount Sinai Health System and Mount Sinai Solutions seeks a part-time gynecologist physician for its state-of-the-art Concierge and employer-based medical facility in Hudson Yards!

A flagship of this line of business is the 9,000 square foot state-of-the-art Health Center at Hudson Yards. In addition to an employer-sponsored high-touch membership practice, The Health Center houses a white-glove practice that provides outstanding concierge-level service and amenities to individuals who purchase memberships. We are currently recruiting a Gynecology physician to provide care to both of these populations to help build this next-generation practice. Role Summary:
Mount Sinai seeks a part-time Gynecology physician at our next-generation health center at Hudson Yards. In addition to providing excellent, convenient care, the physician will collaborate on the design of a new way of delivering care and wellness programs at the workplace to create an exceptional patient experience. The focus will be on providing the best patient care and experience possible with an emphasis on patient satisfaction - think longer appointments and coordinated follow up care. We measure our success in patient satisfaction and outcomes, not in how quickly you can see patients. There are also opportunities to provide educational outreach to employees of the companies with which we partner in the Hudson Yards area.
We are looking for an outstanding Gynecology physician with experience treating adults in an outpatient setting who has or can obtain a New York State License. Candidates with experience working in innovative clinical models and providing concierge-level care are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities-
Deliver exceptional gynecological care

2-3 days/week professional commitment
-
Deliver gynecological care to adults through both traditional face-to-face visits and non-visit-based interactions (e.g. phone, digital messaging, and video chat) to a population of employer-sponsored and individual members.

Use outstanding communication skills to assist patients in understanding diagnostic tests and treatments, help patients navigate all aspects of care, and facilitate patient and family preparation for specialty medical appointments.

Work closely with on-site primary care providers to seamlessly coordinate patient care.

Initiate timely referrals to sub-specialty services and for imaging as appropriate and ensure close, regular bi-directional communication with specialists to promote continuity of care.

Provide elevated service at all times and partner effectively with health center staff in all aspects of patient care.

Use EPIC as a fully integrated Electronic Health Record
Qualifications-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing outpatient gynecological care

Medical Degree (MD) from an Accredited University

Completion of US-based residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology

New York Medical License and NYS DEA or eligibility for license and DEA

Board Certified in OB/GYN

Outstanding communication skills and bedside manner
Full time equivalent compensation ranges from 250K - 350K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits
