Are you passionate about contributing to the healthcare field through accurate and reliable laboratory testing? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. This is a position that involves working 30 hrs per week from 8am-2pm Monday-Friday, plus some weekend hours every other week as needed. We are a laboratory serving infertility doctors located in Winter Park, Florida.

Responsibilities include:
- Performing hormone (endocrine) testing with an automated chemical analyzer.
- Performing semen testing and processing using an automated semen testing unit.
- Preparing specimens, analyzing bodily fluids, and interpreting results with precision.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Recording and documenting test results accurately for analysis and interpretation by healthcare professionals.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Active Medical Laboratory Technician licensed in biology, chemistry or hematology or with a medical assistant licensure, preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion for patients.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
