We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for licensed Medical Technologists or Laboratory Technicians who are passionate about quality diagnostics and patient care. Phlebotomy experience is a must, and applicants must hold a valid PRC license.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) using Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzers.
- Conduct ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) tests accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and handle laboratory samples following standard protocols.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure all laboratory activities are conducted in compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Record and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide timely and reliable test results.
- Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Medical Technologist.
- Proven experience with POCT Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer and ELISA tests.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory practices, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with other diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures.
