The Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH), shortly to become the College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) in August 2025, is seeking an outstanding individual to lead our organisation into its next chapter as Chief Executive Officer.
We are the UK’s leading professional membership body for sexual and reproductive healthcare (SRH), and with a multi-disciplinary membership, we are dedicated to setting clinical standards, providing lifelong education and training, and advocating for safe, high-quality Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (SRH) for all.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead a respected charity and professional body through a period of transformation and growth. You will be joining us at a pivotal moment as we complete the final phase of our current strategy (2023–2026) and develop the next strategic framework that will define our future.
As CEO, you will provide visionary and values-driven leadership, ensuring strategic alignment across all operations, working closely with the FSRH President, Vice President and Trustees. You will uphold strong governance, oversee our financial sustainability, and act as a compelling advocate for our members. A key part of your remit will be leading the organisation through digital transformation, ensuring our education, membership and engagement activities are innovative, accessible and future-focused.
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and credible leader who brings proven senior leadership experience at CEO or Director level, ideally within a membership or professional body as well as strong understanding of governance, finance and operations.
The ideal candidate will be committed to inclusive leadership and offer exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to represent the organisation externally and build partnerships across sectors. An understanding of education, training or qualifications and membership would be desirable.
The FSRH offers a flexible, inclusive and supportive working environment with excellent benefits. If you are passionate about improving health outcomes and empowering professionals, we would love to hear from you.
