Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the embryology laboratory operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in reproductive medicine. This role involves leading a team of embryologists, managing laboratory protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while contributing to patient care and clinical outcomes.

Essential Functions
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the embryology laboratory, ensuring adherence to quality control and safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor a team of embryologists and laboratory staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
- Oversee all aspects of in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures, including oocyte retrieval, embryo culture, and cryopreservation.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize laboratory efficiency and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists and other clinical staff to enhance patient care and streamline treatment processes.
- Analyze laboratory data and outcomes, identifying trends and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Master's Degree Embryology required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study required

Experience
Experience in an embryology laboratory 3-5 years required
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role 1-2 years required

- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate laboratory staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing laboratory outcomes and improving processes.
- Proficient in quality control and regulatory compliance related to laboratory operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clinical teams and patient interactions.
