We’re looking for a certified OB Sonographer who’s passionate about delivering both quality care and truly memorable experiences for every client.
We’re a small, client-centered non-diagnostic ultrasound studio seeking a confident, warm, and outgoing professional to become a central figure in our client experience, someone who can provide high-quality scans with genuine compassion.
This is more than just scanning. It’s about connecting with people. The ideal candidate is someone who feels comfortable talking with anyone, can easily build trust, and knows how to make clients feel at ease and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Your bedside manner, social ease, and ability to create lasting client relationships are just as important as your scanning expertise. As we are a non diagnostic clinic, it allows us to focus on image quality and client. This allows a low stress work environment that engagement and highly rewarding
What We’re Looking For:
● Registered OB Sonographer (RDMS or equivalent), certified and experienced in OB
scans (1st trimester, 3D/4D, gender determination, abnormalities) - This is a must!
● Knowledge of ALARA principle and safety standards
● Skilled in SneakPeek blood gender testing (SNAP method)
● Comfortable working at an extremely fast pace without compromising quality
● Strong interpersonal skills: warm, outgoing, and great at building client relationships
● Sales-minded: comfortable upselling services and merchandise
● Able to educate clients clearly and enthusiastically, getting the room excited about baby
● Skilled at calming anxious mamas, understanding pregnancy emotions, and transforming
stress into positive experiences
● Eager to support business growth
Schedule :
● Must be available Monday & Thursday nights
● Flexibility to create your own schedule beyond those days
● No holiday work is required
● Training days would be on Fridays & Saturdays
Your Role:
● Perform OB ultrasounds across all trimesters with accuracy and compassion
● Conduct SneakPeek early gender DNA tests (SNAP method) and drop off to fedex
● Educate and engage clients, creating excitement about their baby
● Calm anxious mamas and provide emotional support throughout pregnancy
● Identify abnormalities or urgent conditions
● Upsell additional services and merchandise in a friendly, consultative manner
● Provide an exceptional, welcoming, and memorable experience to every family
● Participate in social media content creation and marketing efforts as needed
● Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment following all safety protocols
